Collaborative Advantage as a dynamic capability

I recently presented Collaborative Advantage at the Henley Forum's day-long workshop on the theme of Adsorbing Complex Change.

The purpose of the workshop was to help participants develop new, actionable insights to unlock potential in their organisations.

I presented the case for creating Collaborative Advantage to gain greater traction in complex environments by harnessing the value creating potential of people outside as well as inside your organisation to form adaptive systems for positive change.
