Creating Collaborative Advantage with Amey

Presenting Collaborative Advantage at Lowry Theatre

This week I greatly enjoyed presenting Collaborative Advantage at the Lowry Theatre for a special event organised by Amey for their clients and partners.

The purpose of the event was to explore how to build a more collaborative culture across the highways industry and to better identify ways to co-ordinate action across the sector to achieve better outcomes for end users. The rising demands that will be placed on our highways and infrastructure over the coming years will require unprecedented levels of cooperation.

Our session together was an opportunity to expand collective thinking across the key constituents and explore imaginative ways to raise productivity and better serve the nations’ road users.
