The Purpose Upgrade wins Highly Commended at the 2023 Business Book Award

Paul Skinner won Highly Commended for his latest book The Purpose Upgrade in the Change and Sustainability award category at the Business Book Awards on May 16th.

The judges described the book as, ‘A very enjoyable read and one which speaks to the heart, igniting the thinking of any leader seeking to inspire purpose-driven cultural change within their organisation and beyond.’

The Business Book Awards celebrate the quality and variety of business books published each year and offer industry-wide recognition. This year’s shortlist compromised of 109 books, whittled down from 300 entries authored by business leaders across the globe by a panel of 42 of the UK’s top business experts, academics, and entrepreneurs.
